The former primary school building on Jefferson Avenue is almost completely into the Southeast Community College Learning Center in Hebron. Workers from the college have been busy since the first of the year, updated the look and making it ready for college aged learners. Office space has been added and 3 classrooms have been updated with technology to allow distance education opportunities for local learners.
SCC will host a ribbon cutting and open house when the facility is complete and will invite the public to see what they offer.
The Office space for new Director Crystal Fangmeier will be open by the first of April and classes will be offered locally for the Summer Quarter starting in July.
